We will be focussing on the more restorative side of yoga, finding our softness and support - with some stronger classes looking into holding poses and building strength for the coming darker months.

The retreat includes:
Upto 10 hours of yoga
3 veggie, delicious, organic meals a day (allergies etc can be catered for)

Ragmans Lane Farm is nestled in the Wye Valley on the edge of the Forest of Dean, in an area of oustanding natural beauty. It is a place to escape the pace of modern life, to sit with friends around the fire or next to the wood fired stove and enjoy the simple pleasures, beauty and peace of the natural world.
This weekend will help provide us with the support we sometimes need for the winter times - surrdounded by the colours of the autumnal farm and the warmth of the fires. The retreat allows for you to focus on your yoga practise but also yourself and your needs : time for walks, reading, contemplating in the beautiful surroundings of the farm. With the added extras of fires, hot tub and cake this weekend allows you to explore the change in the season. The yoga will be focusing much more on slowing down with some softer more restorative classes but also some stronger classes to build strength in mind and body. The combination of classes can really help develop your practise - teaching us how to switch on and off our muscles and minds!
There will be upto 10 hours of yoga over the weekend, classes will be mixed level. Classes will vary from purely restorative to help aid deep relaxation and connection with releasing the muscles ranging to slightly fast pace classes with a much more ashtanga, flowing pace to it and slower more focussed trained eye on smoe specific poses. No class is mandatory so if you want to leave class a bit early or skip one to have a massage then feel free, this weekend is for you after all.
The lovely Eve Vergano, Bread and Roses, will be feeding us with organic, vegetarian delights throughout the weekend. Fruit and veg supplied by Briggs Farm, Ragmans Lane Farm and dairy from Five Pennies. Please let us know about any dietary requirement when booking.
Sophie – has been teaching for over 7 years now, building on from her training as a massage therapist aswell as her own practise informing the classes. She teachers hatha, combined with some flow from her new focus in higher energy classes like vinyasa. Alongside this her thirst for anatomy, the body and it's functionality and support feeds into classes.
Eve - Beautifully presented, equally delicious food made from locally sourced organic fruit and veg, above and beyond your average veggie food.
Louisa- MTI trained, works with physical, emotional and mental aspects of being. Her warm and effective touch will help release tension along side the strong body focus in the yoga.

This is not an alcohol free zone, so please bring any tipples you desire, but lets keep it in moderation
£235 early bird fees (pay before 15th August )
50% must be paid as a deposit and then full payment to be received within 4 weeks of the retreat.
Terms and Conditions
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct. When booking there will be a 50% deposit incurred whether you pay deposit or full price. In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance due shall be paid by the customer no less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the retreat. Bookings within the last 4 weeks must be paid in full at time of booking
