Come with your partner, friend or family member to this 2 hour workshop with Sophie. We will work in pairs looking at how working with both yoga and massage can help support yourself and your partner. Learn how to be more confident with massage, looking at different techniques of how to apply pressure to help relieve tension and pay respect to your bodies.
We will start the session with breathwork and a yoga practice to connect with our mind, body and breath, enabling a deep focus on the energy we need for ourselves and our partner. We will break up into our pairs for partner yoga using each other to deepen into certain poses.
The second half of the workshop will be about different ways of massaging- applying pressure and helping release tension be it physical or emotional, allowing time and space for support of you and your partners needs. We will use oils and lavender during the massage.
Spend this Saturday giving yourself and a loved one a treat - leave relaxed and knowing a little more of how to relax each other.
