Overtired, jittery, stressed - these are signs of a weary nervous system. It can impact our mental state, gut health and outlook in our everyday.
In this workshop we will be working with massage in and out of yoga, looking at the effect pressure has on the muscle tissues of the body and using relaxation techniques to stimulate the rest and repair mode; to soothe, calm, and de-stress.
Come learn to cultivate a sense of restoration to your system and bring home techniques you can use when you are feeling the beginnings of a tired nervous system.
Come alone or with a friend - you will be working together in two's! The workshop will end with tea and chocolate and time to simply sit, share and further relax in the studio.
