Create a stronger bond between you and your body and learn how to work safely with your body, using massage in helping others release muscle tension and relax.
This workshop will start with breathing techniques, bringing focus to your body, mind and breath and how they work together. We will then limber up with a yoga practice, putting focus on your inner strength and calm.
Breaking down into pairs, we will enjoy some simple partner yoga, using our bodies to apply gentle pressure on our partners to deepen the poses. We will continue in these pairings to use knowledge from the first three parts of the workshop to learn how to massage others.
Wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to learn, deepen your understanding of the body and leave completely relaxed.
